The Manor Arms Country Inn and Hotel

Country Inn • Licensed Restaurant • Quality Accommodation

History

The Inn has been here for over three hundred years - originally owned by the Lord of the Manor. A building of great charm and character located in a delightful English village set high on the Abberley Hills overlooking some of the prettiest countryside one could wish to see.

Just across the lane from the Inn lies the Norman Church of St. Michael

Whilst a number of changes have been made to the interior of the Inn over a period of years, it still retains much of it's original status and "olde worlde" charm. The imposing ingle-nook fireplace in the Lounge Bar was originally part of the private quarters.

A huge beam supports the chimney breast which in turn is suitably furnished with brass ornaments. During the chilly winter months the log burning fire provides a great deal of warmth and comfort for it's many admirers. The original oak beams, found in the walls and ceilings, remain exposed and provide a wonderful backcloth to further enhance the ambience of the Inn.

Whether your journey brings you to the Manor Arms on business or pleasure we promise an enjoyable, relaxing stay.
